I've been teaching the drums for 15 years, working with students from age five through to adults — privately and in schools.

Lessons are tailored to the individual. Whether a student is picking up sticks for the first time or preparing for an exam, the focus is always on building solid foundations, developing genuine musicianship, and making the process enjoyable. I cover everything from grip and technique to rudimental studies, coordination exercises, notation reading and music theory — as well as learning repertoire, preparing for grades, or simply playing the music you love.

I hold a 100% pass rate for Trinity College London Drum Kit & Percussion examinations, a record that reflects the care I put into preparing each student properly.

I hold a valid DBS certificate and teach from my studio or at your home.
